Access to electronic and paper files is limited to a need-to-know basis. Password selection criterion prevents unauthorized access on our computer systems, and shredding is utilized to dispose of all hardcopy information.

Candidate consent expressed or implied is required for the collection or disclosure of information. All personal information is collected by lawful and fair means.
