Most executive search firms work on the premise that they are paid if a firm hires you. If the company does not hire you, the executive search firm is not paid.
At Talentmart, we believe that commission-based business models can compromise the integrity of the recruitment process. For this reason we charge our clients on a consultancy model. In other words we are paid regardless of whether a candidate accepts a position or not.
It is critically important to us at TalentMart that our candidates are treated with honesty, integrity and respect. We work with both clients and candidates to ensure that the professional relationship respects each other’s goals…after all, some of our best clients are former candidates.
